Welcome to Get Clear Boise, Acne & Anti-Aging Clinic! By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
Get Clear Boise provides skincare treatments, consultations, and retail products designed to improve skin health. Our services are performed by licensed professionals, but we do not offer medical diagnoses or treatments.
2. Medical Disclaimer
The information provided on our website, during consultations, or as part of our services is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional healthcare.
Get Clear Boise does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.
Skincare results vary based on individual skin types, lifestyles, and adherence to recommendations.
If you have underlying skin conditions, allergies, or medical concerns, please consult a licensed healthcare provider before undergoing any treatments or using our products.
By booking a service or purchasing a product, you acknowledge and agree that Get Clear Boise is not liable for any adverse reactions or unexpected results.
3. Appointments & Cancellation Policy
Booking: All appointments must be scheduled in advance. A credit card may be required to hold your reservation.
Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time may be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee for the first time this occurs. No-shows and future appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. This is regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or modify your service to fit the remaining time.
4. Refund & Exchange Policy
Services: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you experience an issue with a treatment, please contact us within 7 days, and we will work to find a solution.
Products: Unopened, unused products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons.
Adverse Reactions: If you experience an allergic reaction, contact us immediately. Refunds for reactions are handled on a case-by-case basis and may require proof of reaction (e.g., photos, doctor’s note).
5. Payment & Pricing
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and gift cards.
Prices are subject to change at any time. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
6. Gift Cards & Packages
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Service packages are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and are non-transferable.
7. Liability Waiver
By using our services, you agree to release Get Clear Boise, its employees, and affiliates from any liability related to:
Skin reactions, breakouts, or adverse effects from treatments or products.
Injuries or allergic reactions that may occur as a result of services.
Personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
